Spezialseminar Fachgruppe Werbung und Marktkommunikation

Werbung lebt davon, Grenzen aller Art auszureizen. Das Seminar beleuchtet die wettbewerbsrechtlichen Eckpunkte, die bei der Konzeption von Werbung und Marketingaktivitäten beachtet werden müssen. Trends wie der Einsatz von In-fluencer oder die Werbung mit umweltbezogenen Angaben bedürfen neuer Zugänge, die im Rahmen des Seminars dargelegt werden. Auch der Umgang mit wettbewerbswidriger (eigener oder fremder) Werbung und den möglichen Konsequenzen wird beleuchtet.
